For my new CRO page I built a 50-second spot. Here is when an interim chief restructuring officer is needed, what the insolvency figures show and how the film was made with AI.

Was ich anbiete

An hourglass runs. A phone vibrates on a glass table. In a factory hall the lights go out, row by row. That is how the spot opens that I built for my new page complexredugyzer.de/en/cro. It runs for 50 seconds and shows what an interim chief restructuring officer is for: the weeks in which cash runs short and the bank wants to see a plan.

the core in three sentences

An interim chief restructuring officer takes over the restructuring when management and banks need one accountable person with a plan. In 2025, 24,064 company insolvencies were filed in Germany, more than in any year since 2019. The spot for the new CRO page was made with AI from real photos of me and is labelled as an AI film.

The spot

The film has two halves. The first shows the situation without people: the hourglass with the line “Cash lasts another 13 weeks.”, the vibrating phone, falling dominoes, the silent hall. Then two seconds of black and the question “What now?”. The second half starts with the music. Someone takes over, works through the numbers at night, sits at a table with two bankers, walks the shop floor and speaks to the workforce.

Spot, 50 seconds, with sound. Scenes AI-generated from real photos (Gemini 3 Pro Image, Gemini Omni Flash), music Suno, edit HyperFrames.

On the CRO page the spot only plays after a click, with sound. It exists in German and English, each in landscape and in 4:5 for phones.

When an interim CRO is needed

A chief restructuring officer is not an adviser who hands over a report and leaves. A CRO carries the restructuring inside the company, with power of attorney or as a member of management. These are typical situations:

  • The cash forecast shows a gap in the coming months.
  • The house bank only extends credit lines with a concept and a person who delivers it.
  • A major customer drops out and yesterday’s plan no longer holds.
  • Shareholders, management and banks read the situation differently and decisions stall.

How pressing this is shows in the figures of the German Federal Statistical Office on filed company insolvencies:

YearCompany insolvencies
201918,749
202015,841
202113,993
202214,590
202317,814
202421,812
202524,064

Since the low point in 2021 the number has risen every year, and 2025 was about 28 percent above 2019. The page is for companies that have not reached that filing and still have time to act.

What I offer

On complexredugyzer.de/en/cro you find three formats. The cash review takes ten working days and delivers a 13-week cash flow forecast built from real payment flows. Restructuring in eight weeks ends with an action plan and an integrated three-year plan. As interim CRO I take responsibility for three to nine months, at three to five days per week.

The page also has a 13-week preview to try. You enter cash, credit line and weekly figures and see in which week the gap opens. The calculation runs only in your browser.

How the spot was made

There was no shoot. The six scenes with me are AI images, built from two real portrait photos: boardroom, desk at night, bank meeting, factory floor, speech to the workforce and the walk out of the office building at sunrise. The stills come from Gemini 3 Pro Image in 4K. Gemini Omni Flash turned them into motion, ten seconds per scene. Hourglass and hall are pure text prompts, phone and dominoes come from my interim spot from October.

The music is a single track from Suno. I measured its loudness in half-second steps and placed the cuts on that measurement: the black frame in the dip at 24 seconds, the start of the second half on the drop at 26 seconds. The film is edited and titled in HyperFrames, as HTML with timing, rendered to MP4.

Then came the checking. I approved every image for face, glasses and beard, and side characters stay out of focus or are seen from behind. One image did not make it onto the website because a manufacturer logo is visible on the laptop.

At the end of the page it says the scene images were created with AI. The film has an expandable film text that describes exactly what is shown.
